If you are a minister, pastor, elder, or leader of a para-church organization (that is, someone who teaches, counsels, and/or has authority over the spiritual direction of the church or organization) in the state of Arizona and wish to express your support for "Courage, Clarity, and Charity: A Phoenix Declaration," you can register your support online below! We know that many Christian leaders in Arizona do not support the views of liberal groups that seek to subvert the true teaching of Scripture on homosexuality, but we need your registration before we can put your name on this declaration, which gives you the opportunity to take a stand for the integrity of the Word of God.

If you prefer, you may first download a document version of the declaration with signature page so that you can copy and distribute the document to other leaders inside or outside of your church or para-church organization and gather their signatures. When you are ready, you can mail the signature page(s) to the mailing address provided on the signature page, fax the page(s) to the fax number provided on the signature page, or enter the information from the signature page(s) you've gathered in the fields below. For the purposes of this declaration, we are only accepting the names of ministers, pastors, elders, and leaders of para-church organizations in the state of Arizona, but if you don't fall into one of those categories, we hope that you'll support us by making any leaders of churches or para-church organizations in Arizona with which you have contact aware of this effort and refer them to this web site.
